Hello Everyone! How are you? It's been awhile since we last been in contact with one another. Since it is Mental Health Awareness Month I wanted to ask you, "How do you handle your mental health?" How do you make sure you stay sane in this busy and crazy world. Some take "mental health" days off from work. Others may go get a massage. However you deal with keeping your sanity, give us some of your tips so that all of us can learn to relax and release.
Isaiah 26:3 KJV says ...
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
One way for me is, as long as I stay focused on Jesus, I know that everything will be all right. I cannot let anything or anyone take my peace. So, I read, study God's Word, pray, meditate and sing psalms & hymns to keep my mind focused on Him. By doing this I leave no empty space for the devil to try and come occupy space in my head.
